A Dresden Plate block is framed with pieced borders for a beautiful medallion style table topper. The quilt will also be lovely on a wall anywhere around the house.
This is a great project for practicing your piecing skills. The units comprising the quilt are all simple and provide nice variety.
Give the topper whatever personality you want. It will be wonderful in fabrics for any season. Or play with primitive or retro fabrics in your favorite color combination for entirely different looks.
The finished table topper is 31″ x 31″.
