This eye-catching quilt is a great project for showing off larger-scale prints. While the interesting overall design may catch your attention, look closely and you’ll notice the beautiful mosaic tile blocks that make up the quilt.
Large-scale prints with symmetrical designs are fussy cut to make the blocks. While it takes longer to cut out the quilt, the intriguing results are well worth it.
Plus, if you haven’t made kaleidoscope blocks before, and would love to give it a try, these simpler blocks are a great way to get your feet wet.
However, if you want a quicker finish, cut squares of the same sizes from beautiful prints and substitute them for the mosaic blocks. The quilt will be just as eye-catching.
