Sparkling stars and pieced stripes combine for a stunning quilt. Choose between several sizes to create a beautiful accent for your home.
Start with fat quarters to make each star unique and give the quilt a coordinated, scrappy look. Or make repeating identical stars from yardage, as shown in the red, white, and blue version. Either option produces an eye-catching quilt.
The quilt is easy enough for confident beginners. Strip piecing simplifies construction.
Designer Myra Barnes from Busy Hands Quilts provides instructions for 8 quilt sizes:
- Wall – 33″ x 33″
- Lap – 53″ x 53″
- Throw – 53″ x 73″
- Large Throw – 73″ x 73″
- Twin – 73″ x 93″
- Queen 1 – 93″ x 93″
- Queen 2 – 93″ x 113″
- King – 113″ x 113″
There are several patterns to choose from, including printed and digital. Each listing features a different color option, but the patterns are all the same.
