Perfect for Warming Toes on Chilly Nights!

Select a beautiful combination of fat quarters for this quick bed runner. You can have the project finished in a day or two and quickly on display as an accent piece for your bed (or a large table).

Choose colors and fabric styles that match your decor. Or, create a runner in seasonal colors to bring out every year. A mix of small and larger scale prints provides interest.

The Stars Are Out Tonight Pattern

The large blocks are fairly easy to stitch together, as are the three pieced borders. Strips, squares and half-square triangles create the engaging design.

Once completed, the runner, designed by Kathy Brown, is 84″ x 36″. Of course, you can add more rows and make a lovely bed sized quilt.

The runner pattern, “The Stars Are Out Tonight”, is included in Quilting on a Time Budget along with several other quick and easy projects.
