It’s a Wonderful Memory Quilt, Too!

Men’s ties come together beautifully in this striking wall quilt. It makes a great accent for a man’s office and is perfect for a birthday, Father’s day, Christmas and even as a retirement gift. It also makes a lovely memory quilt that will be treasured for years to come.

Start with sixteen coordinating ties, either from someone you love or the thrift store. Instructions are provided for everything from washing the ties to finishing up the quilt with a hanging sleeve.

Necktie Quilt Pattern

Use men’s shirts, or similar prints, for the block backgrounds. Arrange the ties in a pleasing composition and tie everything together with a complementary sashing and borders.

The finished quilt, designed by Anita Bradshaw, is 52″ x 52″.
