Or Make Several for a Quilt!
A traditional Crown and Star quilt block has been framed for this beautiful variation. It’s oversized and will be lovely finished off into a table or wall quilt.
It can also be used in a quilt. Combine several, with or without sashing, or consider the the sampler quilt (shown further down the page) created by the block’s designer.
Any color combination you love will be wonderful in this block. Seasonal fabrics will also be wonderful.
The finished block, from Ms P. Designs, is 15″ by 15″.

The block shown above is one of six included in a sampler quilt.
Whether you make the sampler or not, the pattern is an economical way to get all the block patterns to use however you wish.
The quilt is stunning in a limited color palette. Or use scraps for a colorful version. It’s 57″ by 57″.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you! PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
