Pre-Cuts Make This Charming Quilt Quick and Easy

This fresh and charming quilt is so easy to make and goes together very quickly. Easy piecing will produce eye-catching results no matter what colors and fabric styles you choose.
Start with pre-cut squares from a favorite fabric line. Then choose a color for the star that pops against the patchwork. We love the use of low-volume prints for the star in the example.
The quilt was originally offered as a kit by Fat Quarter Shop that featured a fabric line by Lori Holt (no longer available). It will be just as appealing in any color theme and sewn together from combinations of prints for any season.
Plus, you can choose between three quilt sizes simply by changing the size of the pre-cuts. The pattern from Moda includes instructions for the following:
- 2 1/2″ mini charm squares will make a 12″ x 12″ mini table or wall quilt.
- 5″ charm squares produce a 32″ x 32″ baby, table, or wall quilt.
- 10″ layer cake squares result in a 72″ x 72″ throw quilt.
