This pretty little quilted table mat is perfect for a small side table. Put it under a candle, use it as part of a centerpiece or let it shine on its own.

The rose and green colors are lovely for spring, or all year long. Other colors will be wonderful, too. We can easily imagine it in blue, yellow and white, as well as in rich autumn hues. Or, simply choose colors to match your decor.

Showcase a beautiful fabric in the center and surround it with a simple pieced border. This is really quite easy to make and you’ll have it finished up before you know it.

The finished quilt, designed by Ruth Swasey, is 14″ x 9″.
