Go Scrappy or Coordinated for a Charming Baby or Lap Quilt!
Use of some of those scraps or start with fresh fabric for this quilt. Either way you can complete a baby quilt in just a few hours or a lap sized quilt in a weekend.
Charm squares, layer cake squares and fat quarters work for the baby version. Fat quarters and layer cake squares are ideal for the larger lap quilt.
The pattern by sweetjane is super simple and easy to make. It’s ideal for beginning quilters and for anyone who wants a quick project. The baby quilt is so cute that you’ll want to make several. It could easily become your go-to baby quilt pattern.
The baby quilt finishes at 39″ x 39″.
The lap quilt/coverlet is 68″ x 68″.
