However, you may be surprised by what doctors and scientists have discovered about the benefits of quilt. It turns out that quilting truly is good for your health, and for a number of reasons.
Our favorite may be that quilting is as good for you, or even better, than physical exercise. We’re not suggesting that you give up daily walks and other forms of exercise, as your body really does need to move on a regular basis. But, quilting imparts benefits such as cognitive, creative and emotional well-being that physical exercise does not.
