These Beautiful Pumpkins are Perfect for Autumn

Pretty little pumpkins take on a peaceful countenance in this lovely runner and pillow. Stars and flying geese evoke the skies of autumn while contributing to the serene mood.

Soft orange and taupe are given an appealing elegance and crispness when placed against white and accented with black. This color combination gives a nod to Halloween while being perfect for display through Thanksgiving. However, feel free to choose your favorite fall colors for your own version of either project.

Both the wall hanging and matching pillow are fat quarter friendly and fairly simple to make. The pattern is by Taunja Kelvington from Carried Away Quilting.

The wall hanging measures 38 1/2” x 25 1/2”, while the pillow finishes at 18 1/2” square.
