Cute cats “help out” with various projects in this charming quilt. Quilt blocks are interspersed with the cats, while a scalloped border provides a beautiful finish. The quilt is perfect for a sewing or craft room and will be fun elsewhere, as well.
It’s constructed with four block groupings, each containing a cat and one or more pieced blocks. A fifth block makes up the center.
This makes it easy to divide the pattern into smaller projects, if you’re inclined to do so. Make a small quilt for the wall or use an applique design on a tote. There are so many possibilities with this pattern.
Standard piecing and fusible applique are used to construct the blocks. Add details with machine stitching or hand embroidery.
The finished quilt, designed by KLee 2Strings, is 34” x 40”.
