Ginghams and Small Florals Help Set the Mood!
There’s something about green and blue, and green and purple that lift the heart and bring to mind the warm breezes of spring and summer. This lovely quilt pairs green and purple with white for a beautiful quilt to enjoy all year long.
Big blocks make it a relatively quick project. It’s an easy one too. Just be careful not to stretch the bias edges on the triangles and you’ll have this pieced before you know it (spray starch
will help).
The large areas allow plenty of space to show off the quilting. Practice your free motion quilting or create texture with straight line quilting done with your walking foot.
Finished dimensions are not provided but it appears that this quilt is throw or picnic sized.
