It’s a Wonderful Gift for Quilting and Sewing Friends, Too!
Choose pretty scraps of fabric for this charming petal pincushion. It’s super easy to make and so adorable once it’s done.
Make one or more for yourself and keep your quilting and sewing friends in mind. The pincushions make wonderful gifts for any occasion.
Construction is simple and once you get to the hand sewing it’s a great take-along project. Basically you make a little stuffed pillow then use DMC Pearle Cotton thread to create the petals. A large button finishes it off nicely.
You’ll find full instructions in the following video from Amanda Rolfe. Her pincushion in 3″ across but you can make yours any size you want.
