Create Your Own Version in Whatever Hues You Prefer!
The interplay of colors and values in this quilt are simply stunning. Careful placement of brightly hued solid fabrics next to grays create the striking design.
By turning the photo to gray scale we can see how the values work to create the overall design. The quilt is nearly as mesmerizing in just grays.
This view will also help you choose different colors, if you’re so inclined. Just make sure to retain the values for a similar effect.
The finished quilt, designed by Carolina Oneto, is 60″ x 60″.
