Perfect for Both Cans and Bottles!
Wrap one of these handy koozies around your beverage of choice and it will stay cool and refreshing much longer. The koozies are simple to make and fun in all types of fabrics.
Choose pretty prints or consider novelty fabrics. They’re perfect for those hard-to-sew-for men in your life, especially made up in their favorite team’s colors. You’ll find fabrics for various teams here (scroll down). Or search on specific teams or sports.
The koozies wrap around a can or bottle and stay in place with velcro. Layers of Insul-Bright batting and fusible fleece help them keep things cool.
Plus, they go together very quickly. You can have several made in an afternoon. Make several for entertaining and for gifts.
The easy tutorial is from Amy Bell of Positively Splendid.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you! PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
