Make This Bag up in Your Favorite Colors, Bright or Not!

Simple construction and bright colors combine for a tote that’s ready for spring. Polka dots and a pretty flower give the tote a whimsical appeal that will brighten gray days.

Of course, you can make this tote in more subdued colors. Simply choose fabrics that suit your style. It will be just as pretty in your favorite colors and fabric styles, with or without the fun fabric flower.

Fat quarters are perfect for this project. Select several that work well together and some yardage for the lining.

The finished tote is generously sized at 10″ x 12″ x 4″. The “Handy Purse Organizer” should work nicely with it.

The “Flower Pop Tote” pattern is included in the Spring 2014 issue of Quilter’s World. It’s available as a digital download.
