It Will be Great in Whatever Colors You Choose!

Two packs of 5″ charm squares come together very quickly in this lovely table runner. This is a super easy project that you can have finished in just a few hours.

Choose charm packs in colors you love, then select a backing fabric that works nicely with them. The runner is essentially reversible for times when you want to feature a centerpiece instead of the runner itself.

You can also use leftover charm squares in your stash. The runner will be lovely whether you choose anything-goes scrappy or coordinate around a color theme.

Donna Jordan from Jordan Fabrics walks you through the process of making the runner in the following video.

The finished dimensions of the runner are 17″ x 52″ but you can easily adjust the size. Just add or delete charm squares and make enough prairie points to fit.

You’ll find the fabric requirements for Donna’s runner in the photo below.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
