Fresh Fruit Potholders Will Look Great in Your Kitchen |
Use the Motifs in Other Projects Too!
Luscious summer and autumn fruit star in these sweet potholders. Make one or all 4 designs in fabrics you’ll love seeing on display in your kitchen. These make wonderful gifts too.
Peaches and cherry potholders are perfect for summer months. The apple and pear pot holders are lovely for the fall. Or make several of your favorite fruit to display and use all year around.
Each pot holder has fruit appliqued in the center. Fusible applique will make quick work of the project. In fact, these are so easy that even beginning quilters can complete them.
You could also combine several fruit squares into a wall quilt or table topper. The applique motifs can be used on tote bags, aprons and many other projects as well.
Each finished potholder is 8″ x 8″.
The “Fresh Fruit” potholders pattern is included in 101 Fun-to-Quilt Pot Holders.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
