Make a Sweet Pillow for Your Spring Decor |
The Design Can be Used for Other Project Too!
Sweet bunnies with cute pom pom tails adorn the front of this charming pillow. Big stitch hand quilting outlines bunnies and hearts for a lovely finishing touch.
This project is perfect for using up leftover strips in pretty spring colors. The bunnies are wool felt, although you could use a sturdy white cotton that you can’t see through.
There are so many ways you can use this sweet design. Instead of a pillow, make the top into a little wall quilt. Or, make two and combine them into a runner, perhaps with rows of patchwork squares in between. The bunnies can be incorporated into other projects as well.
Instructions are included for both a Cricut Maker and rotary cutting. You’ll find the bunny template here.
The finished pillow cover, from Bev at Flamingo Toes, fits a 16″ pillow form.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
