Rich Blues are so Lovely in This Easy Quilt

Other Colors Will be Too!
A combination of beautiful blue fabrics is simply wonderful in this quilt. Deep navy sashing and borders set off the blue prints nicely and pull the quilt together.
This quilt will be great in any color palette. Go with a monochromatic theme, like the all-blue version shown here, or mix things up. It’s also great for showing off a favorite fabric line.
Choose borders and sashing to complement the colors you have chosen. Black will work with just about anything or consider deep gray or even white if you don’t want one color to predominate.
This is also an easy quilt to make. You’ll love how quickly it goes together.
The finished quilt, designed by Lynne Goldsworthy for Makower, is 66″ square.

In 2005 I purchased 18 1/4 yd. cuts of Indigo fabric. They are so beautiful and I had no idea what to do with them. I didn’t want to cut this fabric until I knew for sure. So they have sat on a shelf in my quilting room. Today I saw the Indigo quilt pattern and I knew immediately. A long wait but worth it. Thank you Quilting Digest.
