Speed Up Construction with An Ingenious Piecing Method!
Patchwork blocks in an array of pretty fabrics and white lattice sashing combine in a beautiful quilt to enjoy all year around. The result is a striking quilt you’ll be proud to display.
This is a wonderful project for using up some of those leftovers, or select yardage for a more coordinated look. It will be stunning in whatever theme you choose for it: Christmas, autumn, spring or simply your favorite colors.
A bit of Photoshopping shows you what it could look like in another color combination.
This is an easy pattern to make, although there’s quite a bit of stitching involved. Speed up the process of sewing together the blocks with the “Stamp Collection Blocks” tutorial you’ll find here (it’s really quite ingenious!).
The pattern for this quilt is included in Quilter’s World Winter 2016. You’ll find the quilt’s size and other specifics in the magazine.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
