Change the Colors and Pocket for an Apron to Use All Year Long!
A vintage tablecloth and vintage-style fabric combine in a lovely apron. The embroidered pocket was inspired by a vintage postcard. The fabrics and colors are perfect for Christmas. Make another one in colors you love for use all year long.
Vintage-look yardage can be substituted for the tablecloth and will be just as appealing. Add fringe, lace or rick rack to finish the hem.
Other embroidery patterns can be used for the pocket, or fussy cut a print motif to use instead.
Once you have all the parts, the apron itself is easy to stitch together. The designer, Kerri of Lovely Little Handmades, provides a great tutorial.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
